August 24, 2013 - Kerbal SpacePort Website Broken

The Kerbal SpacePort site for KSP plugins is currently malfuntioning, and the "HyperEdit.dll" found there is not our plugin. We do not recommend downloading or using that file.

September 3, 2013 - Update: The SpacePort is... still broken.

After several support requests, the problem remains. We feel it no longer serves our users interests to keep struggling. All new releases will be here on our site.

August 23, 2013 - HyperEdit 1.2.4 released: Presenting Payo, and their dancing "Planet Editor"!

There are 2 notable changes in this release.

Not only has Payo joined the team, but they bring with them a whole new feature to HyperEdit, called "Planet Editor". It enables editing conditions like gravity and atmosphere on any planet in the system, including the sun. It allows for easy test launches in any environment, and some rather strange goings on at our KSC offices. We're thrilled to have Payo on board, and excited about the new feature.

Si metric suffixes have been removed entirely. All entry boxes now show raw numbers without any multipliers, for ease of use. This should make things like Lander coordinates much easier to understand.

August 18, 2013 - Xander's Kolsys Hybrid : Best... Ship... Ever.

I'm very proud to present the best ship I've ever built. A complete Kerbin Exploration System, including air-hoggy Turbo-Jet boosters, SRBs, and nuclear rockets, with a 3-Kerb heavy lander on top. It's the culmination of many hours of study, generously peppered with explosions. The intent was to build an extremely efficient heavy-lift workhorse that also becomes part of a larger ship for exploring the entire Kerbin system. The slim, square profile allows stacking in 2 dimensions for a mothership as small or as monsterous as you like. It's a bit big, and may lag your system, but it's got all the bells and whisles to get you anywhere you want, and build whatever you need. Enjoy!

You can find the Kolsys and other ships on our Downloads page.

August 13, 2013 - HyperEdit 1.2.3 released : Removed F11, code update.

July 25, 2013 - HyperEdit version 1.2.2, for KSP v0.21 released!

sirkut discovered that all it needed was to reference the new KSP .dll's, and cranked out a new release. Big thanks to sirkut for getting on it so fast, and to Forecaster for the great in-game flags. How's that for service?

Now both versions are ready for download here, and on the Space Port. As always, please report any issues you may find.

We're beginning to fill in the site with important information, mostly about HyperEdit, and soon we hope to have a live chat app in place for developers and possibly users too.

If there is anything you'd like added, please let us know. In particular, we need to flesh out the FAQ with the normal stuff so folks don't need to go digging for the basics. You in the community who are experienced with HyperEdit are the best ones to write them, so please submit yours.
